Originally from L.A. and now living in Georgia, I created Healthy Girl Healing as a spiritual response to modern loneliness — to help women like you find connection, clarity, and community that actually feels real.

With Pluto activating my 12th house Sun and Uranus, I knew it was time to create something bigger than myself — a heart-led space where we can grow, heal, and dream together. I also recently completed my Saturn Return — a major karmic chapter that shaped me deeply. With Saturn in my first house and Capricorn ruling my 11th, I’ve always felt the weight and wisdom of Saturn energy guiding me toward purpose, identity, and aligned community.

That period cracked me open and led me to this truth: my path is about building meaningful spaces for women like us — spiritually awakened, purpose-driven, and ready to create lives full of soul and connection.
